Kindred Kids Early Learning Buderim

Kindred Kids Early Learning Buderim was established in 2024, carrying on the legacy of Tina Pilbeam's longstanding early learning service, formally known as Buderim Meadows Early Learning Centre, which has previously operated in that location for over 20 years, providing the highest quality early learning services to families on the Sunshine Coast.

Kindred Kids Early Learning Buderim honours this wonderful history, continuing to offer early learning and care in this beautiful boutique 75-place purpose built centre in Buderim, the heart of the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We offer 5 rooms catering for children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.

Our program boasts an 'Meeting' rating based on assessments with the National Quality Standards, reflecting the high level of care and consideration that exceeds national benchmarks. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of excellence in our approach to early learning and care, and how this support can benefit your child in reaching their full potential.

Approved Kindergarten Program

Kindred Kids Early Learning Buderim offers a Queensland Government-Approved Kindergarten program for children in their kindergarten year. This time is critical for ensuring that children are able to grow, develop and learn in a way that will prepare them to attend school in the future years.

Our Kindergarten classrooms are run by fully qualified Early Childhood Teachers, and our play-based learning program is carefully curated with reference to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). We ensure an industry leading approach to learning that is age-appropriate, meaningful, engaging and fun, and that honors childhood and harnesses the power of play.

Some aspects of learning we address inlcude:

  • Gaining knowledge about the Traditional Owners of this Land.

  • Understanding diversity

  • Sustainability

  • Connection with others

  • Understanding our emotions

  • Contributing to our community.

During the Kindergarten year, we also offer additional opportunities for learning and support as part of our early learning program, which include:

  • Incursions and visits from community providers

  • Optional Developmental Screening (Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology)

In addition to this, as per the Queensland Government's 2024 initiative, Kindred Kids Buderim is able to offer Kindergarten services for free for most families. Download the Kindy Funding Statement of Fees
